It's on muh water bottle i got from youth group and water i drink LOTS of...and well thats kinda sport thing... you need to be hydrated to play what you play...so Just Do It!

This is me in my old VolleyBall shirt... that i got in 7th grade...at my old school

Sometimes i go rollarblading,swimming,play catch.... i used to be in softball in 6th grade, and i played powder puff football in 7th....

What Is A Player?

A player is one who doesn't give up at the sight of defeat,
But learns from their mistakes and puts them beneath.

A player is one who doesn't give up at the sound of the buzzer,
Always giving what they have from one side of the court to the other.

A player is one who doesn't whine about their playing time,
Because a player knows it's an unacceptable crime.

A player is one who practices game-speed,
Always keeping in mind that their shots are not guaranteed.

A player is one who doesn't settle for anything less,
Even knowing, that they're not the best.

They will be the ones you see outside practicing,
Day or Night, Rain or shine,
They are the ones running on hurt ankles, admitting there fine.

A player is one who has a strong, sensible mind,
Never pondering about failing, only contemplating prevailing.

A player is one who doesn't chicken out,
Who wants to be in the game when everything counts.

Now, that is a true player.

Runners High

It's no longer a sport,

No longer a game.

It's became a way of life.

Every breath is a stride,

Every heart beat is a string of silence.

It is a compulsion from deep with in.

It is a passion for glory.

To go through the tormet.

To last through the waiting.

To gain that one moment,

Alone with myself.

And only the few,

How have chance to stive,

Can know the experience.

To feel nothing but breath.

To hear nothing but heartbeat.

To feel so much like hell,

Running so close to heaven.

This is the runner's high.

This is what I live for.

This is the goal I strive for.

If my chance disappears

Part of my life would end.

This is my Varsity Patch i got as a Freshman.....its from Cross Country...yup~! at once i was in the top 7 gurls running.....with all hope to get faster

Cross Country

The Will To Win

You can't coach heart, you can never coach desire,
they must always come from within.
Rules may be learned, and skills developed,
But you cannot be taught the will to win.
You must reach a little deeper to bring out your best,
You must be your own motivation.
Keep going, never quit, you have to have a reason,
You are your own strength, your own inspiration.

A State of Mind

It's almost a cinch you won't

This is muh spikes that i used for running meets and well there distance kind.....but i broke my leg this track season on em so they bad luck and i need to get knew ones...might of gotten a stress fractor...(shrugs)

One day you'll come to me and ask me what's more important: You or my life. I'll say my life and you'll walk away never knowing that you're my life.

Grandville High School Girls Cross Country '03

For Some this had started many years ago

For others 2003 is the first that they know

It started with a small, yet obtainable dream

One that included a very close-knit team

We came togehter, one by one

With a coaching staff who made it fun

They counseled, inspired, and encouraged us all

From Freshman to Seniors, the short to the tall

Their advice and their tools, we took to each meet

The experience they have just can not be beat

They gave us the courage to finish our quest

To rise to the challenge, and run past the rest

In September the JV was determined to win

Beating Zeeland and Holland, they pulled from within

They proved, that alone, they could pull off the race

Using their skill and authority, with determination and strength

In Lansing we conquered Brighton and more

We proved we were winners...we knew we were more

Fall was approaching, by Sparta we were invited

And Rockford soon learned that we couldn't be divided

Soon came our very, first home meet as a team

Kentwood and Northern were beat with our steam

At Lowell our tent, was pitched near the top

To prove that this Granville were too hard to stop

September was fading and Union was COLD

But our will and our power proved to be bold

October brought yet, another encouraging meet

We beat Hudsonville and Central at Park in the sleet

The gal Dawgs showed 'em all that we'd smoke 'em in Portage

Our best times were run even though we had shortage

At last we met Rockford and Jenison too

It was held near the golf course of GVSU

70 and sunny, no wind and no shade

Our challenge was yet to be shadowed or fade

Our seniors were praised and rewarded with gifts

We thank them for their qualities we'll all surely miss

Although we were the second winners that night

We promised at state to show Rockford a fight

Conference and Regionals were tough meets, no doubt

But our performance earned us a spot in the Big Brooklyn Bout

Our journey to the finals was fueled by will

A top ten finish was our goal to fullfil

Our coaches were confident in their Girls from the West

But were surely surprised by 7 personal bests

Only 5 teams, in D1 can run faster

But none have what we have-"It takes Character"
